Thriving Thursdays is a series of youth empowerment sessions working to connect today’s youth to a thriving future. It is a Bridge program equipping high school students with information, tips, and tools essential to succeeding in the world today. The program promotes career exploration, higher education, and economic mobility, empowering youth to see a path to a thriving future!

The Bridge begins each year by hosting a winter semester committed to building up our youth called LEVEL UP.

For 2026, we are excited to host LEVEL UP - Health & Wellness, a 7-week development workshop focused on one's physical and emotional wellbeing. In these sessions students will learn more about nutrition, exercise, movement, hydration, sleep and more, all in a fun-filled workshop tailored just for teens. 

“LEVEL UP” is open to middle and high school students in North Lauderdale and surrounding areas. Sessions will be held at the Riverside Student Center beginning Thursday, January 22nd at 6:30 PM.
